In honor of Mental Health Month, I’m offering special reduced-exchange Reiki sessions at Hanu Wellness to make support more accessible and give you a chance to pause, breathe, and feel more at ease in your body.
These short sessions are designed to help you slow down, settle your system, and take a meaningful break from the stress and noise of daily life.
Whether you are brand new to Reiki or already know how helpful it can be, this is a simple, supportive place to start.
What to Expect at a Reiki Pop-Up
When you arrive, I’ll have you fill out a short questionnaire so I can get to know you a little bit and understand what you might need from your session. Because these are shorter sessions, I keep everything simple and focused.
If Reiki is new to you, I’ll give you a brief, easy-to-understand overview so you know exactly what to expect — nothing complicated or overwhelming.
From there, we’ll begin your session. You can choose to sit comfortably in a chair or lie down on a massage table for individual sessions. Partner and small group sessions are offered as chair Reiki.

The entire experience is designed to help you slow down, settle your body, and take a moment for your mental wellness — something most of us don’t get enough of.
Reiki with Erica
Gentle Support, Real Calm
Reiki is a gentle, supportive practice that helps your body settle, reset, and restore. It works by helping your system shift out of stress and into a calmer, more balanced state — giving your mind space to quiet and your energy a chance to feel more steady.

I’m Erica Jones Woolley, a Reiki Master Teacher offering gentle, hands-on sessions designed to help your body settle, reset, and move out of stress into a calmer, more balanced state. My work focuses on creating a quiet, supportive space where you can relax, release tension, and feel more steady in both your body and mind.

My background in strength and balance coaching has shaped how I support the body as a whole — not just through movement, but through rest, recovery, and nervous system care as well.

I came to Reiki during a time when I felt highly anxious and overwhelmed. A trusted client suggested I try a session. I didn’t fully understand what Reiki was, but I said yes. That experience didn’t change everything overnight — it gave me something just as important: a sense of calm, a feeling of space, and a moment where my body could finally settle. That moment stayed with me.
I was introduced more deeply to Reiki through Essential Reiki and went on to complete my Reiki training and Master Teacher attunement with Rhianna Mirabello of The Dreaming Goddess in Arlington, NY. I also studied Usui Reiki with Margaret Doner of Partners in Massage in Hyde Park, NY.

Today, I offer Reiki sessions at Hanu Wellness — a beautiful, calm space designed for rest, reflection, and healing — where you can step away from the noise of daily life and give your body the time and support it needs to reset.

Your body and your energy both deserve care.
